This HOWO 70 Mining Used Dump Truck has an over-standard bearing and impact-resistant structure design. The frame system adopts a box-shaped longitudinal beam structure with equal width and three layers of high-strength steel plate welding. This design greatly improves the bending cross-section modulus and torsional stiffness of the cross-section, and its fatigue life calculation benchmark far exceeds that of highway vehicles. Key hing joints (such as lifting supports) are welded by integral cast steel or local double-layer coating to cope with the multi-point random impact load when the excavator is loaded.
This HOWO 70 Mining Used Dump Truck is equipped with rigid balance shaft suspension or large damping oil and gas suspension as standard, abandoning the flexibility and comfort of road vehicles and pursuing load uniformity and reliability on bumpy roads. Equipped with extra-large, high-level, cutting-resistant engineering machinery tires (such as 12.00R25 or above), and strengthen the rim and brake heat dissipation.
