The frame system adopts a box-shaped longitudinal beam structure with equal width and three layers of high-strength steel plate welding. This design greatly improves the bending cross-section modulus and torsional stiffness of the cross-section, and its fatigue life calculation benchmark far exceeds that of highway vehicles. Its cargo box is not simply thickened, but adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel plates (Hardox series or domestic NM series), and uses finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize the reinforcement layout.
